Our trout delicacies are ethically farmed and made fresh, with no added preservatives or harmful ingredients. Our commitment to uncompromised sustainability, and our traditional curing and smoking processes ensure a top-quality and delicious range. Products are available for purchase on our farm, by local delivery or at selected resellers and restaurants in Montagu, Robertson and Cape Town.
Pesticide-free Pecan Nuts
In addition to our trout, we run a small-scale pecan nut farming operation which produces world-class quality nuts. These can be bought at our Deli whole uncracked or in halves. If you're lucky you might also stumble upon a honey-glazed batch, made with love and honey we harvest from our on-site beehives. Our pecan nuts (availability depending) are also available for bulk purchase to reseller and nut distributors"

We are a fully off-grid family-run farm who believe in working with rather than against nature. We are the founding members of the Pietersfontein Conservancy which is protecting and rehabilitating the diverse indigenous Fauna and Flora of more than 10395 ha of land in the area. The conservancy now includes 18 Landowners and 34 Properties/Farms and counting.
Our general ethos is that of uncompromised sustainability in all fields of our farming and operational practices; from our Net Zero Carbon certification, to our focus on energy efficiency and renewable energy, to our water supply and utilisation, to our alien clearing projects and waste management practices.
